Happy 5 months!!

Happy five months to my babies today! 
I can't believe it has been that long already! It is so great to watch my cute little ones rolling around, 'talking', playing with toys, and holding their heads up! To see their differences, it's amazing. 


I love when I come home from running errands and they smile when I talk to them and they see me. What a wonderful feeling! :)


They are starting to kick each other and take each other's toys...Oh Lord!! Lol. 
I am thinking of starting them on cereal soon....biting my nails...Lol! 


I love my little cutie pies and I am so glad they are doing well and are in good health! 
I love being a mother. 
Never knew it felt so good. :) 
God is wonderful to bless us with such a gift

Out with the Old, In with the New...

So everyone is excited about the new year. That's good. I just want to get some r-e-s-t! Lol. Should be starting maternity leave in a few weeks and I will be bored out of my mind! Lol. But that's good as long as the babies stay in here and keep on cooking!

Want to write another poem about the babies....but a sister is tired all of the time shoot! :-/

Hopefully God will bless me with something soon.

Ready to get this baby furniture in the house so I can have something physical to see besides my stomach! lol. My friend just had her baby girl and I need to go visit her! Babies are so precious. :)

I love my man who gets on my nerves cause he takes such good care of me. :) lol. He really is a sweetie.

Ready for this 3 day weekend and after that working less days during the week....yay! lol. God is good.

6 months and counting...

Whew. I have been tired tired tired today. These babies taking my energy lol. I went to see my line sister who just had a little boy this week. He is so precious!! :D

I saw This Is It last weekend...mannnnn...RIP Mike!! I want to see it again.

Still getting used to the idea that so much is about to change in my life and dealing with these crazy emotions. I will NOT miss this after I have the babies!! lol.

I am excited about our baby shower coming up...gifts and gifts!! Yay! lol. Wishing I could work less hours at work or something...shoot.

Heard a great sermon at church today. :D So glad I went.

Working on my faith because I believe this pregnancy has been one of the great tests of my life... has me thinking about SO many things...guess I better get ready for more to come! LOL.

Hello my beautiful people!!! I hope that things are wonderful and lovely with you!

High energy huh? lol

I am blessed to be here today and working on replacing my negative thoughts with positive ones. I am looking to get into event planning and have been networking a bit and looking for resources to learn from (any suggestions??). Something pretty new for me! Boy I tell ya, after being stuck in a certain place for a while it is a BEAST working your way out. It seems God is bringing it together for me though, people telling me to give them a call and help them with projects. Sounds good to me! All I need to do now is follow through and succeed! (Lol sounds like a poem...)

The Secret has helped me to start to understand that we create our own reality with our thoughts, rather we realize it or not. So it is really time for me to change my thinking or I will continue to stay just where I am. Which is a no no! lol



I am actually excited about going to church now and actively being involved. Man I have been praying for that! So glad it is coming together because that is really step one I believe in getting everything else in my life together. I really need to blog more I am just so tired all of the time. :(

Hello all! I have been busy this last weekend and a bit more also this month. My little sis got married! awwwww. :)

Still going strong on www.thesisterhood.ning.com and we are just ending a 30 day awakening series. Focusing on living a life of forgiveness, purpose, and clarity ect. I believe I will be taking these same things and applying them next month because it is time to make some moves!! lol

Met with my mentor last month, should be meeting again sometime soon. Gotta have some good things to report!!

An Awakening...

Hola mama citas! Did I spell that right? lol

I have been in a semi world wind it seems. Happy , then really sad, then just neutral. It's weird. Dealing with the journey of being in a relationship. Oooo wee. Still love my CRAZY baby though. Lol. I'm learning patience through this journey though.

So anxious about something...ready to jump and move...NOW! But I know God moves in his own time. So each and every day I am working to remember that and hopefully to get rid of this anxiety. For real. Ya'll pray for me please.

I want all of those around me to be prosperous and really love themselves. But the best teacher is a good example. So I am working on eating better and thinking positively. My sistas check out http://thesisterhood.ning.com/ when you have time.

Well I am currently on a 30 day journey to change my life and thought process to things positive. God be with me! I have been reviewing The Secret (by Rhonda Byrne) again and how important it is to have positive thoughts to attract positive things. I sat down and realized that negative thoughts and feelings are part of my life DAILY and that REALLY REALLY needs to change. It just seems so hard because that is what I am used to. It's crazy. So, we will see....

I was telling my home girl how I felt and this is what she said to me:

My sister is having her bridal shower and my precious niece is turning 2! :D I'm a proud auntee!! I didn't make it to her 1st birthday party because I was in an accident so I am pretty excited! Got her some cute little clothes!! :) I love it. Man, little blessings...

Hello everyone!!! Feeling pretty good today! Been writing out some action plans and actually acting on them! lol Thinking about getting into event planning and video editing (which is a old pasttime of mine). Trying to find some creative ways to make money with my singing, dancing, and writing skills....any suggestions??

Feeling quite motivated and loving it! It's been a long time coming!! Also, I use Olive Oil root stimulator I believe it is but my scalp still gets flaky pretty fast. People are telling me to use sulfur but that stuff STICKS. Any suggestions for your girl?

Getting off early today so I am happy yay! God blessed me with a financial blessing and my sister is out of the hospital again. Yay yay! :) Are ya'll ready for January 20th!? I am and it's my sisters' birthday too!

Long time no type...again! lol

Hope everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving holiday!!!

This is an email I received today:

Ask... believe... receive...

While it seems simple enough, activating the Law of Attraction is
not necessarily a walk in the park. You must own it and take
responsibility for every step of the process.

First, there's the responsibility that comes with asking. When you
ask the universe for something, you must ask for something that's
in alignment with who you are and what you're willing to
contribute back to the planet.

Your gifts are not for you to keep -- they're given to you with
other people in mind. When you're given a gift, the real question is,
who are you going to bless with that gift?

When I was in college, I realized in a moment of prayer that my
gift of speech wasn't about me. My gift of speaking and inspiration
came to me and through me to touch someone else.

So when you ask for something from the universe, remember, it's
coming to you and through you to bless someone else.

Secondly, when you make a request to the universe, you must
eliminate all doubt. The universe is not to be doubted. God is not
to be doubted.

You must believe with unwavering faith that the universe will
fulfill your desires when you are ready to receive them.

Which means, finally, that you must give yourself permission to
receive.

How many opportunities have passed you by because either you
weren't ready to receive or you didn't feel worthy to receive?

There was a time when I was asking the universe for love. I
believed I wanted love. Yet when people wanted to love me, I
deflected their intentions and affections, because I wasn't ready to
receive love.

It's your responsibility to activate all three steps of the Law of
Attraction -- and all at the same time -- because without even one
working, all invariably fail.

So when you ask... ask for things that are in alignment with you
are... and ask to serve the universe.

When you believe... believe as if it is so... have unwavering faith

I'm honest enough to say I know mine isn't right now. :(

Our emotions are powerful motivators, and more than almost anything else in our lives they will drive our behavior. Sometimes our greatest challenge is to get inside our own heads to understand what makes us tick. Why do we feel and behave the way we do?
Highly motivated, positive people are focused. The mind is clear, and energy levels are high. Also, many things can hold you back and prevent you from becoming all you can be. One of those things is...Emotional Baggage.
I know two family members who were best friends, but several years ago, one reminded the other of something that had happened thirty years earlier. One thing led to another and, you know what, they haven't spoken since.
Anger or resentment is like a cancer, and when you let it go untreated, it will put an invisible ceiling on your future. You don't know it...but it does.
William Ward identified the cure when he said, “Forgiveness is the key that unlocks the handcuffs of hate.”
Those are powerful words, and I know from personal experience...forgiveness works. A few times in my life I've been greatly wronged and taken advantage of. My first reaction, of course, was anger and resentment. I held it for awhile and felt my stomach tie up in knots, my appetite wane, and the joy slip out of my life. The quote from Ward provided the wake-up call I needed to forgive the person who had wronged me.....

Man have I been holding a grudge against some people for a while...another misss-take. I am letting things go though. :) Yay me.

Read this book about men who were sexually abused as children...wow. It's crazy how many women that I know have been sexually abused. But seldom do men talk about it. We have to speak on these things man. Silence is a deadly disease and will only continue the cycle.

If today's burden is too heavy, it may be because you have added on yesterday's problems or the fears of tomorrow's problems. Lord, help me to keep my focus and not take on that which is impossible to do anything about anyway.

Priorities

You've had many successes in your life and you'll have many more. In matters large and small you have a history of achieving what you have truly chosen to achieve.
The question to focus upon is this. What will you now choose to achieve?

How will you make the most meaningful and fulfilling use of the time and resources available to you? Which of the many opportunities will you now decide to follow?

You have a way of reaching those goals that you've authentically committed to reach. When something is important enough to you, when it is a priority, you know how to make it happen.

So what are the priorities you choose to have on this day? Upon what will you focus your considerable powers of achievement?

Whatever you make into a priority will surely become an achievement. Choose your priorities today with care, because you are indeed choosing how your life will soon be.

Good and tired

Being tired from doing something feels a whole lot better than being tired of doing nothing. If you're going to be tired at the end of each day, then make it really count for something.
If you're weary, perhaps it's not because you're doing too much. Perhaps it's because you're not at all invested in what you're doing.

A difficult challenge that's aligned with your purpose will generate far more energy in you than an easy task that has no real meaning for you. You can accomplish much more when what you're accomplishing is what you care about.

When your body is tired, a good night's sleep will revive you. When you're spirit is weary, you'll need something more.

You have a unique voice and a unique purpose that are longing to be expressed. Start living that expression and you'll find an endless source of energy flowing through your life.

Get yourself good and tired with focused, disciplined work on a purpose that connects with who you truly are. And you'll find that each day you have even more energy than the day before.

Ok! Soooooo I am on Andre a bit....just a little bit! Lol.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day! I moved to a new place...THANK YOU GOD! SUCH a blessing. Watched Idlewild for the hundredth time. Lol, and yes I fell into lust with Andre yet again. *sigh* lol.

Watch what you ask for man....been dreaming about my 'dream' man, trying to change my perception of guys...and then my homeboy lets me know that he wants the kid. For real, for real cause I am the $%$#! ;) lol.
Anyway, I am like WHAT!? I ain't ready for this man. Even though he is a sweet heart my heart is still quite buised so...no can do right about now....oh welley. I don't heal by jumping into something new. Don't know about you...
