Drank drank up in my cup...man hole up! Randomnesses...

Wuzup, wuzup, WUZUPPPPPP!!!?? Lol!

Man, I am sooo sleepy.
Still climbing this slope to reach my inspirational peak.
I had stopped reading my daily inspirational emails...mistake number 1.

Here's an excerpt from Simple Truths Newsletter:

William James, over a century ago, said, “The greatest discovery of this generation is that a human being can alter their life by altering their attitude.”
I believe this with all my heart, and over the years have seen it happen countless times. What most people fail to realize is that your attitude not only impacts your happiness and your success, it also can impact the happiness and success of all the people around you...your family, your friends, and your peers at work. Attitudes truly are contagious, and from time to time we need to ask ourselves...
“Is mine worth catching?”

So.....is it!?

I'm honest enough to say I know mine isn't right now. :(

But....IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE! :D

Our emotions are powerful motivators, and more than almost anything else in our lives they will drive our behavior. Sometimes our greatest challenge is to get inside our own heads to understand what makes us tick. Why do we feel and behave the way we do?
Highly motivated, positive people are focused. The mind is clear, and energy levels are high. Also, many things can hold you back and prevent you from becoming all you can be. One of those things is...Emotional Baggage.
I know two family members who were best friends, but several years ago, one reminded the other of something that had happened thirty years earlier. One thing led to another and, you know what, they haven't spoken since.
Anger or resentment is like a cancer, and when you let it go untreated, it will put an invisible ceiling on your future. You don't know it...but it does.
William Ward identified the cure when he said, “Forgiveness is the key that unlocks the handcuffs of hate.”
Those are powerful words, and I know from personal experience...forgiveness works. A few times in my life I've been greatly wronged and taken advantage of. My first reaction, of course, was anger and resentment. I held it for awhile and felt my stomach tie up in knots, my appetite wane, and the joy slip out of my life. The quote from Ward provided the wake-up call I needed to forgive the person who had wronged me.....

Man have I been holding a grudge against some people for a while...another misss-take. I am letting things go though. :) Yay me.

Read this book about men who were sexually abused as children...wow. It's crazy how many women that I know have been sexually abused. But seldom do men talk about it. We have to speak on these things man. Silence is a deadly disease and will only continue the cycle.

My Mean moment:

To my ex....if you liked it then you should have put a ring on it! HA HA LOL! Yeah right...

Whyyyyyyy are girls so dumb???

RALMBO! Lol, ok that was mean. Let me stop.

Anyways...READY for the weekend yay! Thank God for weekends off!! Big ups! lol

When I get back in shape I am going to take some Killah pix....YESSIR!!! ;)

I miss hitting the blogs like I used to....you know that thing called w-o-r-k...lol.

Words from my boy Ralph:

Missed opportunity

It's frustrating when you realize you've missed a big opportunity. Though you cannot go back and change the past, there is something you can do.

You can choose to transform that regret for a missed opportunity into enthusiasm and commitment for seizing a new, even better opportunity. You can decide to look forward, realizing the importance of what you missed, determined to find another path to the same kind of fulfillment.

Don't be envious of those who had the foresight to grab hold of the opportunity that you missed. Instead, be positively inspired by the success they have enjoyed.

Now it is your time to move toward a similar success. Whatever may have or have not happened in the past, now is the time to act.

Specific opportunities will come and go. And new opportunities are always available to those who are willing to do the difficult and challenging work they demand.

Choose to make your own best opportunity from the way things are right now. With your focused commitment, truly great things are possible.

Sooo...Do something! :)

The results you achieve are not based on what you plan to do or what you say you'll do. Your results come from what you actually do.

The rationalizations and excuses you make will not add any value or quality to your life. Your actions are what truly make a difference.

To get where you wish to go requires more than just talking about it. To get where you wish to go requires focused, sustained effort.

And the great thing is, you're perfectly capable of making whatever effort is necessary. You must simply choose to actually do it.

No one can reach real fulfillment on your behalf. The life you experience is the life you create for yourself.

There are so many possibilities to choose from, and so many opportunities to make life great through the actions you take. Now is the moment to actually do it.

-- Ralph Marston

Good words Ralph, good words.

P.Diddy is an idiot. If it ain't fashion, I could careless about his opinion on anything. I did like the first part about attitude, because it is speaking to something that I am having to do with this week at work.
